Rick Riordan, the author of The Lightning Thief is coming out with a new series! No, it has nothing to do with Percy Jackson. Although, he is writing another series in relation to that also, which is coming out late this year. In the meantime, The Kane Chronicles. Apparently, Rick’s new series is about two siblings, Carter and Sadie Kane battling Ancient Egyptian gods in the modern world, will launch May 4, 2010 with the first book: The Red Pyramid.
